General terms and conditions

Orders are placed directly via online shop

1. All articles are listed in the online shop. The order can take place with or without a customer account. Buyers make their own choice regarding variants of all products.
2. Products can be bought – as long as in stock and available, without restrictions.
3. All prices are inclusive value added tax.
4. Payment of the order is made either by bank transfer to our bank account or by credit card (Stripe).
5. Flate Rate shipping via Swiss Post (within Switzerland CHF 8.-, worldwide, CHF 15.-) will only take place after payment.
6. Delivery takes place within 2 to 10 days – depending on the customer’s destination.
7. Any import duties and other fees (depending on the quantity/final price/value ordered) will be paid by the buyer.
8. No return.

Everything else is regulated by the Swiss OR.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the place of the seller, Schwyz, Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.
